Robert Zhu

Founder and CEO

Robert Zhu brings to China Outsourcing Partner (COP) a track record of managing outsourcing project, developing strategic relationships, and creating channels in the global data communications outsourcing market. Prior to COP, Robert was co-founder and vice president of US marketing and business development at Beyond Borders Technologies. He developed the go-to-market strategy and hired the initial marketing and business development team in US, which fueled the company's early growth. Earlier in his career, Robert was with MobiTorrent China, where he set up and manage Chinese mobile and network management development team for outsourcing projects. Robert began his outsourcing software management career 10 years back when he managed a Hewlette Packard Wireless 3G outsourcing project. Robert got his MS Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and BS EE from Sichuan University.

Sen Ma 

Co-Founder & VP of China Operation

Sen has more than 12 years of software development and project management experience. Prior to becoming VP of China Operation, Sen was the founder of Beyond Borders Technologies, where he lead Beyond Border's China Sales and Development Team. Before founding Beyond Borders, Sen was senior VP of North American Sales for Digital China, one of top China government supported softwrare development company. Prior to Digital China, Sen has more than 8 years of project management and product management experience in several Silicon Valley software companies. Sen got his MS Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and BS EE from University of Science and Technology of China.

Wen Yuan

VP of US Project Management

Wen Yuan joins COP from Avistar Communications where he served as China outsourcing project manager. Yuan has ten years of software development management, ITO management experience. He has been outsourcing project manager for vialta, 24/7 Media and IBM. Yuan received his MS EE from Fudan University, China.
